A refund request may be considered only if:
The donation was made by mistake (e.g. duplicate transactions)
Incorrect amount was entered
Technical error occurred during the transaction
To request a refund:
Email us at helpinghandsfoundation.care@gmail.com within 5 days of the transaction
Include your full name, donation date, amount, and transaction ID
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
